This is the story on how I gave myself a birthday present for my 50 anniversary. I plan to participate in a race from Australia to China as part of Clipper Round the World race.

During the months before the sailing, I will ask myself questions related to my professional career, to the things I like doing and the ones I do not, and would build some self understanding I wish to use while sailing..

I will also share my thoughts about the subjects I like  – teamwork, organizations, leadership and how all these become even more interesting when you add the sea..
